3 Minute Standing Stretches for Stiff Back
Do you wake up with a stiff back but you don’t have any pain? Have you tried stretches on the bed but you’ve still got stiffness and tightness in the back?
This easy standing routine takes about 3 minutes and is a great way of loosening the back and getting you ready for your day.
If you have pain in the back then get in touch with me first before trying and we can troubleshoot what’s causing your pain.
Depending on the type and cause of back pain certain stretches are recommended over others, so if you’re in pain it’s best to consult someone before starting a new routine.
If you’ve no pain but have got a stiff back, then go ahead, try the routine and let us know how you get on.
