Our lawful basis of processing this data is one of contract for the provision of health-related services as a physiotherapy clinic. Mobile numbers may be used for contacting you and sending you text reminders of your appointments. Email may be used to send you your exercise programme and informing you of pilates classes, promotions, and relevant treatments in the form of a newsletter.
We will only use your data for the purpose for which it was collected. We do not share your data with any third party.
All data is stored on a secure server. All electronic data is password protected and only accessible by authorised individuals. Your clinical notes are held securely for a period of up to 8 years as required by law.
