If your child or young person is experiencing pain and you think physiotherapy would be a good idea, it is important to see the right therapist.
It is true that children are little humans but they are not little adults, and so present with different reasons for their aches and pains than an adult would.
The biggest consideration is that a child is still growing, therefore reacts to stresses and strains placed on their body differently to an adult.
Finding a physiotherapist with the knowledge and experience of treating children for musculoskeletal issues ensures your child will be assessed and treated appropriately.
