Rehabilitation should feel structured and progressive - not rushed or uncertain
MSK Physiotherapist
If you’ve picked up a knee, ankle, or lower limb injury that’s stopping you training, competing, or feeling confident on the pitch, Maeve’s focus is on helping you understand your injury clearly — and guiding you back to performance with structure and purpose.
Maeve graduated from Ulster University with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and is currently completing an MSc in Sport & Exercise Medicine, reflecting her commitment to delivering high-level, evidence-informed care.
She has developed particular experience in lower limb injuries, including ACL rehabilitation, following research conducted at UPMC Sports Surgery Clinic in Dublin examining outcomes after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. This strengthened her understanding of the full rehabilitation journey — from early recovery through to return-to-sport decision making.
While Maeve has a strong interest in sports and lower limb rehabilitation, she regularly treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including back pain, neck pain, and shoulder issues. Her approach mirrors our clinic philosophy: combining hands-on treatment where appropriate with progressive strength and movement work to restore confidence and long-term resilience.
Many patients arrive unsure of what’s driving their pain. Maeve’s priority is ensuring you leave each session with clarity, direction, and a structured plan tailored to your goals — whether that’s returning to sport or simply moving through daily life more comfortably.
