My goal is always to leave patients feeling clearer, calmer, and confident in what to do next
MSK Physiotherapist
If you’re struggling with ongoing back pain, a stubborn shoulder issue, or an injury that’s stopping you training the way you’d like, Connor’s approach is focused on helping you understand what’s going on — and giving you a clear plan to move forward with confidence.
Connor graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Sport and Exercise Science before completing his MSc in Physiotherapy. He is HCPC registered and a Chartered Physiotherapist, committed to delivering evidence-based care that is practical, structured, and built around your goals.
Working in private musculoskeletal practice since qualifying, Connor has developed a particular interest in the assessment and rehabilitation of back pain. His approach reflects our clinic philosophy: combining hands-on treatment to settle symptoms with targeted strength and movement work to build long-term resilience.
Many patients arrive unsure of what’s causing their pain. Connor’s focus is on providing clarity from the first session, so you leave with a clear understanding and a practical plan.
Patients often value Connor’s calm manner and clear explanations. He believes that understanding your injury is the first step towards regaining control — whether that means returning to sport, feeling stronger in the gym, or simply moving through daily life without frustration.
He has completed additional training in:
APPI Pilates Matwork Levels 1 & 2
AACP Acupuncture
The Painful Shoulder Course (Adam Meakins)
Outside the clinic, Connor enjoys staying active and has spent time travelling internationally — an experience that broadened his perspective and strengthened his appreciation for helping people stay healthy enough to enjoy the things that matter to them.
