Appointments
Appointments are available Monday to Friday 8:30am - 7:30pm. Home visits can also be arranged if necessary.

Your first visit
The initial consultation involves an assessment before starting treatment.  Your physiotherapist will ask about the history and nature of your injury or pain before carrying out simple tests to make a diagnosis of your condition.  Once the diagnosis is made your physiotherapist will discuss management options before beginning treatment.

Subsequent visits
All appointments are provided on an individual basis and we offer tailor-made treatment plans to help you back to full fitness in the quickest time.  In most cases this will involve several visits in a short space of time tapering to less frequent visits as your condition improves.

Cost
The initial consultation, during which assessment and treatment takes place lasts for 45 minutes - £40.00
Subsequent treatments last 30 minutes  - £35.00

Sports massage for 40 minutes costs - £35
Pilates one to one for 45 minutes costs - £40
Pilates classes; a course of six classes each lasting 60 minutes - £48

Payment
Payment for physiotherapy is made following your initial consultation.  We accept cash, cheques and all major debit and credit cards.

Insurance
Advance Physiotherapy is recognised by all major health insurance companies.  We recommend that you contact your insurance company before commencing treatment to clarify:
Whether a medical referral is required?
Whether you have an excess liability on your policy and if so, how much?
Are you limited to a certain number of treatments or budget within any timeframe?
